I have known and worked with Karla both professionally and personally for the past 21 years. We started out working together in 2002 after we hired her company to handle all of the freight forwarding, logistics and importation for a new project we were building in Cabo San Lucas; the One & Only Palmilla. From there Karla’s company grew throughout the Baja area and began working with us at my current employer, Discovery Land Company (El Dorado & Chileno Bay Club). She grew her company to be one of the largest and most successful in Baja. This happened due to Karla’s leadership and complete attention to being involved in all the smallest details of the business. Logistics and importation in support of construction and operations of hospitality, residential, etc. is so crucial and means the difference between making schedules and satisfying clients or not. She worked with us closely to make sure we got what we needed during holidays, post-hurricanes, etc, which enabled us to accomplish what we needed. She’s tough, intelligent, persistent and has the contacts and knowledge that makes her successful. We would not be in business with her company if it was not for her, otherwise it would be just another average freight forwarding & logistics company.
